2nd Annual Outdoor Recreation Show

Howdy Vendor!

The Show Low Chamber of Commerce would like to extend an invitation to you to be a participant in the 9th Annual Show Low Days. The 3-day event will be held June 8, 9, & 10, at Show Low City Park. The park is located on the corner of AZ Hwy 60 & Hwy 260.

We have made lots of exciting changes for this year's event, and we are confident this will increase our attendance and your revenues!!

A main exhibit of Show Low Days is our Outdoor Recreation Show. This is for vendors who have any type of business that features outdoor activities. We are not limiting the activities... so if you can do it in the White Mountains, then we want you to participate.

Show Hours:
Friday, June 8:3 p.m. – 6 p.m. (9 p.m. optional)**
Saturday, June 9: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday, June 10: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

**Friday evening, there will be a Concert in the Park. The Loose Change Band will be performing. Vendors may remain open during the concert; as the field and park will be lit. However, it is not mandatory.

  1. We will provide additional satellite location patron parking, which will minimize vehicle traffic through the Park, as patrons may be bused in, instead!
  2. You can print your Vendor Application, Release form and instructions from the link below.
  3. There will be Live Entertainment and a DJ continuously throughout the weekend, as well as radio coverage of the event. This will encourage patrons to stay longer!
  4. We will be providing security at the Park throughout the event, 24 hours a day!
  5. We will have help available to assist you with set-up, re-load and tear-down!
  6. This year's Food Court will be located around the grassy, picnic area.
  7. Vendors must use the Exhibitor Entrance located off Hwy 260. Entry is not permitted from Hwy 60. Each vendor will be issued a parking permit for one (1) vehicle.

Show Low Days is transforming to a community event weekend; not just a "Day at the Park". In addition to the Outdoor Recreation Show, the City Park will have a Food Court, an Arts and Crafts Fair, a beer garden & wine garden, and a Kids Zone all on the same field! In conjunction with park events, there will be a parade and soap box races to kick off the event, a benefit roping contest held at the Show Low Rodeo Grounds, a Dutch oven cook-off, and a 2-day off-site shooting competition.

Something for everyone!

With the inclusion of these features and security, cleaning, and vendor assistance available, we are confident that your experience with Show Low Days this year will be a pleasant and memorable one.

Show Low Days is a Western themed event so we strongly encourage all vendors and participants to dress in western attire. We are creating tradition that will be remembered for years to come. Prizes will be given to the best 'western' themed vendor(s). First place vendor will have their entry fee refunded to them.

Please feel free to contact our Event Director, Kathy Sandoval at (928) 358-3696 or call the Show Low Chamber at (928) 537-2326 with questions. Applications and Release and Indemnity Agreements (Insurance alternative) are located below.

We look forward to having you join us again this year, as we anticipate approximately 8,000 visitors to this event. The deadline for applications is May 30, 2012, so hurry and get your application in now!!
